Film Crew Needed
(18-19 November 2009) in Northern NJ needs:
GAFFER - with lighting experience and a small light kit. We have some
lights, but could use the help. $100/day
SOUND MIXER/BOOM Op - we have equipment, but need an experienced sound
person to boom and monitor sound. $100/day
PRODUCTION ASSISTANT - we need someone to help with the odds and ends.
Preferably someone with a car. pay is negotiable.
Local people would be great. Our two locations are in Bloomfield, NJ and
Clifton, NJ. We have 8:00 AM crew calls both days. Wednesday should be a
short four to six hour day. Thursday will probably be at least six hours.
This short will be shot entirely on the new Canon EOS 7D DSLR in high
definition with multiple lenses. It can achieve a much more shallow depth
of field than standard camcorders and has a very cinematic look. This
short film will look and sound amazing. The production value will be high
and we an all be proud of the outcome.
We ask you to have some experience, but at this rate we are not expecting
